Wire frames-MED330

Wire framing is a way to design a website service without having to do the code side of the work. A wire frame is usually used to lay out what content will go where on the website and also the functionality of the pages which takes into account the users needs and user journey. The idea of wire frames is to establish the basic structure of a page before visual design and content is added on to it.

A few advantages of doing a wire frame is that it provides an early visual that can be used to review with the client. The user can also review it as an early feedback mechanism for prototype usability tests. Once a client has reviewed a wire frame with the designer and has approved it the designer has confidence that the client will like the final outcome of the product that they have made.
