Chapter Three- Taming Your Tools

A famous quote once said;
"Our intention is to
affirm this life, not
to bring order out of
chaos,nor to suggest
improvements in creation...

but simply to wake up
to the very life we're
living."
-John Cage

Reconsidering Constant Connectivity
Everything is done because we want to connect eg; couldn't see far enough so invented the telescope. We wanted to connect with everyone so created the internet. The internet is both "good and bad" "focused and distracted." The real problem isn't the technology but rather the need to learn when to turn it off.

Having a regular habit of unplugging helps to reset your brain and your soul which is a necessity - one day is recommended. It makes you more connected with loved ones and makes you more grounded and creative. We need to be mindful of who we let into out minds.

The internet is a positive and negative - there are great things about it put also worrying things - we need to talk about these things before we will make changes.
